We are looking for a RESIDENTIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE for the Pittsburgh, PA area. This role will report directly to the Residential Director of Sales. The qualified candidate must be a high-energy, self-starter with a strong work ethic. This individual will need to be motivated by a competitive industry and be results, detail and team-oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Insure 100% quality on all customer service calls.
· Conduct In Home Sales Presentations.
· Home Comfort System Evaluations.
· Generate 2-4 presentations a day.
· Create self-generated leads.
· Insure timely response to all customer requests.
· Support the TUDI Mechanical Sales Team by assisting in the preparation of solutions to satisfy customer problems to meet their service expectations in a timely manner.
· Represent the company at Home Shows, Costco stores, Lowes Home Improvement stores, and other networking events.
· Market and promote TUDI Mechanical on a full-time basis.
· Create clear quotations and proposals.
· Assume additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by TUDI Mechanical management.
SKILLS:
· Ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Must possess good customer service and communication skills.
· Outgoing personality.
· Computer proficient.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· HS Diploma/GED required.
· 2 years of In Home Sales experience
· Valid Driver’s License.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Knowledge in residential HVAC, A/C, and furnaces.
· Associate’s Degree.
