About the Job
RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT/ DIRECT CARE FOR YOUTH YOUNG ADULTS We require strong, confident staff who have the capacity to deal with high-risk youth who have behavioral and emotional difficulties. Youth may experience frequent emotional crises and may be assaultive and/ or destructive. You must have the skills to verbally de-escalate a crisis and use mature judgment with a youth who is out of control. You will need leadership skills, milieu management skills, high energy levels, self discipline, providing a very cool approach to volatile situation, reliability, flexibility, and dedication. We require a bachelors degree in a related field. Also, hiring for 3rd Shift (MUST BE AWAKE THROUGH THE ENTIRE SHIFT) positions also. Experience working with high-risk youth, coaching, military or security background preferred. We offer a competitive wage and benefits for full time employment.
