Resource and Performance Analyst

Do you consider yourself a person who can plan ahead and think on behalf of a department? Are you an analyst that can help a company utilise their workforce and optimise resources to increase efficiency and commercial viability? This well-known company, with which Hays is a preferred supplier, is looking for an analyst who can focus on resource and performance analysis. This is a full time (9-5 with a degree of flexibility, Monday to Friday) permanent role (or a full time, 3 month option is available for those who are looking for contract work only). The salary on offer is £25k. Previous experience with an EWFM platform is highly advantageous.

The purpose of this job, which has come about due to a restructure, is to match the skill sets of call centre staff (approximately 100 FTE) to the various client contracts this company has. Also, when scheduling the workload, you must be able to identify ‘hot spots’ (areas that are potentially uncovered by staff), planning staff cover for holidays and keeping tabs on employee/ company SLAs, KPIs and targets. This company already has an MI specialist in place but this resource and performance analyst role does require a fair amount of data analysis. Because of the way the data is extracted and recorded, experience with Excel as well as an EWFM system will enable you to hit the ground running.

This permanent resource and performance analyst vacancy is ideal for a candidate who has experience planning and scheduling work rotas for staff using EWFM and has a commercial understanding of the importance of company SLAs, KPIs and targets. The salary on offer is £25k, 9-5 (flexible with start/ finish times), Monday to Friday. The ideal start date is ASAP or November 2014. If you have experience with work force management and would like a new challenge then apply now.
