Resource Fulfilment Specialist – Maternity Cover recruitment
The Resource Fulfilment Specialist assists the Programme Management Office Manager in scheduling and assigning quality resources to programmes, in a timely and cost effective manner from a pool of 250 - 400 internal staff and external third party resources.
You will assist in consolidating the resource requirements from various workstreams and projects and use an established resource assignment process in order to allocate the available resources to roles within the programme, whilst maintaining an internal database.
Excellent stakeholder management is essential as you will be working alongside various partners and departments within the business in order to help build best practice standards which can be implemented. Additionally it is essential for the successful candidate to build strong working relationships with external resource providers.
Skills, Knowledge Experience:
- Provide a demonstrable experience in a similar level role within a pressured working environment
- Experience in resource planning
- Experience in third party contract and performance management
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Confident to challenge the way things are done
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical, planning and organisational skills
