Our international financial services client has engaged us to find a PMO Coordinator to work in their state of the art, modern facility, based in North Yorkshire

ROLE PURPOSE

The Resource Management Assistant will be an integral role within the Business Change and IT Programme Office. The role holder will be responsible for robust and accurate estimating and tracking of IT and business resource for all approved programmes and projects.

Key responsibilities:
Regular timely updating of RAIDD logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions, and Dependencies)
Identification of programme/project resources with an ability to resolve or escalate
Embed a culture of TCF

Experience and Technical Skills / Professional Qualifications required:

Essential Criteria:
· Willingness to develop resource management, project and programme management skills
· Structured and organised approach to work tasks with good self-discipline
· Financial services experience.
· Excellent MS Office skills and ability to organise meetings/workshops
· Strong people skills and good communicator
Sound principle knowledge of Business Operations, IT within Financial Services
Previous experience of Business or IT projects and programmes
