Resource Manager

Working for an established organisation, requiring an experienced Resource Manager. They will manage the effective delivery of service through the customer service centre.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
· Manage call centre targets in line with bench marked comparisons
· Produce rosters to support effective staffing of the 24-hour operation
· Training, holiday and sickness planning and mitigation of the impact of absence
· Empowered decision-making.

Candidates must have experience in process production, implementation and management using appropriate systems. Plans to surge in business growth and succession. Previous experience in call centre environments with force management systems. Must have the ability to schedule and plan and the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. Experience of scheduling and process management in call centre is desirable.
