Contact Centre Partners are please to be working with an established business that is looking for a Resource MI Analyst to join its growing contact centre operation.
The Resource MI Analyst will be responsible for providing reporting and analytical support to enable their busy London contact centre to understand performance in key markets, identify trends and opportunities and to meet and exceed sales targets. You will also need to be able to provide analytical assistance to the organisation as per the instructions of the managers Identifying potential areas in the market and advice the organisation on benefiting from those opportunities.
As the Resource MI Analyst you will have experience in creating reports for monitoring performance, providing insights, identifying key trends and highlighting sales opportunities for the business. You will have to be able to plan/manage staff scheduling and capacity as well as having the ability to be able to detect errors, evaluate the problem areas and provide feasible solutions.
The successful individual for the Resource MI Analyst role will be very analytical with strong Excel skills. Experience doing a similar role would be beneficial in a contact centre environment and someone with strong communication skills is a must in order to give recommendations when attending meetings with senior management.
