My client is part of one of the largest financial service organisations in the world. They currently have an excellent opportunity for someone to join their 'Scheduling' team due to the promotion of the incumbent. See details below:

Summary

Working within the Command Centre utilising Genesys Work Force Management and Excel models and you will be responsible for scheduling across numerous business areas. As well as managing the business-as-usual scheduling you will also be responsible for managing WFM configuration, resource modelling, managing the impact of business change / initiatives, continuous improvement and resource optimisation.

Responsibilities

Configuration/administration of Genesys WFM
Produce optimum staffing schedules for designated business area/s using GWFM and/or Excel/Access models
Conduct retrospective scheduling performance reviews on a daily basis
Resource modelling / what-if scenarios
Undertake regular shift reviews, and recommend/implement improvements
Produce forward-looking shift reports, highlighting resource gaps/surpluses and recommendations for corrective actions
Maintain a professional working relationship with colleagues and customers
Adherence to all SLAs

Knowledge/Experience Required

Essential
A working knowledge of scheduling and workforce management principles
Experience of producing retrospective performance/trend analysis
High quality provider-customer relationship management
Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level
A working knowledge of the principles behind shrinkage management
A logical and analytical approach to problem solving

Desirable
WFM optimisation experience (Genesys WFM or other industry-standard tool)
2 years scheduling experience
Administering/configuring Genesys WFM 7.6 (or later)Outsourcer relationship experience
Experience in scheduling non-phone work (eg. emails, etc.)
Implementation of Work Force Management Technologies
Microsoft Access to intermediate level
Familiarity with Microsoft Sharepoint
