Resource Planning Lean Sustainability Manager recruitment

Working directly for the Head of Operations, Change Vision, you will champion Lean across the team, acting as a Lean Subject Matter Expert.   You will be accountable for delivery on all Lean activities, working with the team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.  You will also be responsible for the resource plan, working with the leadership team to communicate current and future resource demand and supply.

You will have proven experience of working with, and the successful application of, Lean practices and tools. Your Lean experience will also include project / resource planning and your relationship and stakeholder management skills will be first class, with a proven track record managing conflicting priorities in a demanding and fast moving environment.
