 Overall purpose of this role

• The role will require you to plan the resource for all outbound campaigns across numerous sites.
• You will set up, monitor and maintain effective workforce planning models.
• You will be responsible for all aspects of resource planning including forecasts, rotas, absence       reporting, and trend analysis.
• You will manage a team of resource analysts.
• You will work with HR recruitment teams and training to ensure that all FTE requirements are met, analysing attrition and outlining recruitment/training requirements.
• You will work closely with the Outbound Campaign Manager to ensure we meet the appropriate FTE required per campaign and work closely with Business Unit Managers to allocate resource appropriately.
• You will provide support to the MI team, providing detailed FTE reports.
• You will be required to work closely with the Management team, Recruitment, Outbound Campaign Manager, Dialler Team and HR in order to maximise FTE plans.
• You will analyse and implement best practice for resource planning.
