Our client, a leader in the technology and online industry, is currently seeking a Resourcer to join their growing teams. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and would have worked resourcing within IT, Legal, Finance, Policy, Recruitment and Marketing areas. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing active technical candidates from on-line databases, contact lists and internal databases. You will also source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
As a Resourcer, you are an essential part of a dynamic recruitment team, focusing on the sourcing, assessment and interviewing of candidates for varied positions across multiple locations across the world. You will creatively source high calibre talent and build relationships both internally and externally to support this. You will be an integral part of the interviewing and selection cycle, and will have extensive experience sourcing and hiring candidates. You must be delivery focused and genuinely enjoy interacting and interviewing a high volume of candidates on a daily basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
· Act as a search expert for a functional area by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements and proactively investigating new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
· Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process according to assigned timelines
· Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, technical knowledge and basic qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
· Likely to be University Degree with a strong academic record.
· Team player with a high sense of urgency.
· Extensive full end sourcing experience with an international focus
· Previous technical recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience with advanced skills in Boolean logic
· Hands-on knowledge of sourcing and attracting candidates across multiple functions
· Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
· Experience of traditional as well as e-resourcing methods of attracting and sourcing staff
· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines
· Strong knowledge and passion for technology, and a high level of comfort with all types of computer applications
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
· Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities are essential
· Fluency in English and at least one other European language highly desirable
