Resourcer

Recruitment Resourcer required to join aap3 to provide resourcing services and support across aap3, the role will focusing on identifying suitable candidates for permanent and contract positions internally, in support of aap3’s managed service contracts, and also for external clients on a global scale.

 

The role will involve working alongside internal Recruitment Consultants, Account Managers and Business Managers to understand recruitment requirements before going to market to identify suitable candidates using a variety of tools including internal and online candidate databases, networking with existing contacts, and various social media platforms. The Recruitment Resourcer will be involved in conducting initial telephone interviews with potential candidates before presenting shortlists to key stakeholders for consideration.

We are looking for individuals with real drive and determination to succeed within the resourcing/recruitment environment, along with strong customer-facing, communication and sales skills to join us at a very exciting time in the company's growth. Previous experience in recruitment is not essential, and all training will be provided to set the successful candidates on their way to a prosperous career in resourcing/recruitment.
