A varied role, our client are looking for someone with previous experience in resourcing, whether it be for another recruitment firm or in an inhouse position. It is imperative that you are confident, enthusiastic and inspiring and have an articulate telephone manner that will best represent the company when speaking with potential candidates. Responsibilities of this role include:
- Liaising with registered candidates to enhance relationships and stay aware of their job search/situation
- Speaking with candidates over Consultant's vacancies in order to gauge their interest
- Utilising LinkedIn and other social media platforms to connect with new candidates
- Matching candidates to active vacancies
- Understanding the company's client base in order to best match candidates to their requirements
- Scouring the creative and digital press for news of upcoming roles
