Hays Healthcare has an exciting recruitment Resourcer/ Administrator position at their vibrant Ilford Town centre office!

Hays Healthcare are one of the country's foremost suppliers of temporary and permanent clinical staff and have a rapidly expanding client portfolio including various NHS clients, Ministry of Defence, the Police Service, Prison services and Private Healthcare groups. We are breaking all previous records with the increasing business demand we are experiencing. This is because as our clients realise that we are providing an excellent and formidable customer service and clinical supply reputation, which is going from strength to strength! We have important recruitment supply contracts with the Ministry of Defence and in healthcare clinical research, which are managed and run from our base at Ilford. Nurse recruitment and compliance is the main recruitment function at this base but large recruitment campaigns are conceived, planned and executed from this location for nurses and other clinical staff, nationally and sometimes internationally. It’s a great place to work with a dedicated, fast paced and energetic team of recruitment professionals providing a professional recruitment service to our very important clients. We are looking for somebody that can start the position as soon as possible.

We seek an energetic Resourcer /Administrator who is eager and willing to learn the fundamentals of temporary healthcare recruitment and that can support this with accurate, all round administration skills. The Resourcer Administrator will support a small team of two recruitment consultants and a team manager helping to identify and source nurses and other clinical staff for three recruitment accounts being managed by this team. We would prefer some recruitment knowledge and experience but this is not essential, if you have a general sales and administration background. You will need to be an enthusiastic ‘people person’, a good communicator, responsive and have a passion for customer service. You also must have accurate data entry and computer skills familiar with Microsoft word, excel etc and be able to multi task in a fast paced, high-pressure environment. We are also seeking an ambitious and career minded individual, who would be keen to learn, improve and exploit a potential career in healthcare recruitment with Hays.
