Resources Associate recruitment
As one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisations, covering Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Global Banking and Markets, and Global Private Banking this institution is widely considered a leader in its field. With offices across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, North America and Latin America, the Australian arm continues to grow.
The global project finance team is seeking a resources analyst to add to the team in Australia. The institution has been a dominant player in the resources sector for many years, and is now keen to add an associate to the current team.
It is expected that you will have experience in the resources sector, whether it be project finance, leveraged finance, investment banking, equity analysis or within industry. In fact, an industry background coupled with some sort of banking experience would be highly regarded. You will have excellent financial modelling skills, and ideally had exposure to term sheets and managing legal documentation. You will be a self starter, intuitive with excellent communication skills, written and verbal. A desire to travel the globe will be helpful, as many of the transactions the institution is involved in are cross border.
