Resourcing Co-ordinator
Brook Street Professional Resourcing are currently seeking candidates who are exceptionally organised for this 12 month contract opportunity based are our offices in Thames Valley Park, Reading.
Commencing in April 2012, subject to interview, we are seeking candidates who can demonstrate a customer service approach and pro active working style to join our team of Resourcers.
You'll join our team which ensure that we supply suitable candidates to our key clients within agreed service level agreement timeframes. You'll be constantly interacting with our candidates, working to tight timeframes and ensuring that our client's requirements are met.
Responsibilities to include:
Responsible for sourcing candidates in line with the requirements of our clients
Responsible for issuing contract documentation, offer letters and new starter packs to candidates placed ensuring that the candidates receive their paperwork in a timely fashion and have a positive experience.
Ownership of all candidate based enquiries to central email aliases
Responding to candidates who have registered their job requirements ensuring we have a full record of their requirements
Undertaking referencing of candidates
Policing compliance and legislation requirements, presenting all new starter packs to BM for sign off. Be conversant and up to date with the compliance requirements of each key client
Guardian of advertising - ensure all roles are advertised in a compliant fashion that all adverts are removed in a timely fashion
Implement and owning candidate attraction and management plans
Interviewing prospective speculative candidates and screening interviews for specific roles
Manage feedback processes with candidates - ensure a positive experience
Build productive and successful relationships with our clients
Drive continuous improvement of processes to ensure efficiency and quality at all times
Email job bulletins to candidate groups as required, owning candidate keep in touch plans
Support the ongoing development of our candidate communication materials
Proactively research job boards to ensure that we advertise in the most appropriate places
Work with Manager on technology based projects to ensure that we have the best possible systems in place for resourcing
Responsible for processing weekly timesheets holiday pay requests from temporary workers
As a candidate for this role, you'll be confident, able to cope with pressure and will be willing to learn. Exceptional Microsoft Office skills are essential. Recruitment industry knowledge or an interest in this area is required.
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum.
