My client provides Insurance products to customers across the UK. Based in Ipswich, they are committed to providing services of the very highest quality.
I’m currently looking for a Resourcing Partner to join my client’s existing team. In this role, you’ll focus on volume recruitment. At the same time, you’ll also provide high quality resourcing expertise to specified business areas. You will build and implement resourcing plans, alongside the development of an effective talent pipeline.
With a background in recruitment, and experience of resourcing, you will have the ability to analyse market trends in order to develop your attraction techniques. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to meet service level agreements, ensuring KPI’s are adhered to at all times. You will be highly motivated, able to manage changing priorities, with a commitment to time-management.
This is a temporary contract to cover maternity leave.
