Resourcing Project Manager

My client, a global leading financial services organisation based in Canary Wharf is currently undergoing a large change and refining their global operating platform. A significant recruitment campaign (both permanent and temporary recruitment) is required to ensure that the organisation has the talent to drive the business in line with the agreed strategy.

The purpose of this role is to project manage this recruitment campaign from a project management perspective. Key responsibilities include:

1) Partnering with the Programme Board and Business to ensure Demand is visible and clearly identified
2) Collating, analysing recruitment data and providing updates and dashboards to the programme teams
3) Liasing and knowledge sharing with Resourcing Partners across the existing permanent and temporary recruitment teams to understand the current recruitment status
4) Manage a RISK log for all recruitment delivery and take ownership to mitigate actions and use judgment to escalate to the HR and Programme teams as required
5) Ensure the end to end recruitment process is smooth and appropriate for the project: engagement with HR Operations, Reward and HRBPS.

You MUST have experience operating within a global matrix organisation, and be able to demonstrate your ability to lead a complex project.

• Technical skills:
• Experience of managing project / programmes into a working group
• Good understanding of recruitment (temp and perm) and awareness of possible operational processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Fully PC literate including MS Outlook, MS Office and e-recruitment solutions
• Able to collate, analyst MI and identify trends and patterns
• Experienced of managing Risk and Issues and mitigating actions

• Interpersonal skills:
• Able to demonstrate ability to build relationships across the organisation; with Business and HR and with peers in other divisions
• Be a role model for values and behaviours
