Respiratory Therapist Job in Newport, Tennessee Us
National DME is looking for a licensed Respiratory Therapist for home healthcare CPAP and BiPAP setups. This is a contract, per diem position. You would be responsible for going to patients' homes and setting them up with CPAP and Bi-Level equipment, setting their machine pressure, fitting them with the correct mask type and size, and educating them on their therapy so that they are able to be successful and compliant in their therapy. We do not require that you have previous home healthcare experience. This position can easily be done in conjuction with a full time or part time job as the work schedule is extremely flexible. Nationwide Medical, Inc is a durable medical equipment company that specializes in the setup and follow up care of Sleep Apnea Patients, and a proud member of JCAHO. We are based in Agoura Hills, CA but work nationwide with different Sleep Lab’s, Physicians, and Respiratory Therapists to assist our patients. We currently have over 20,000 patients on our follow up care program, where we contact them quarterly to check on their compliance with PAP therapy, and help them replace any of their supplies (mask, tubing, filters).
We compensate $100.00 for any new setups + .405 per mile, and $50.00 + mileage for any re-education/mask visits/ or follow up appointments that may be needed.
