Responsable Administration du Personnel H/F Job in Paris 75008

Adecco Pôle Paris Malesherbes recruits, for one of its clients that operates in the Retail Sector, a company specialized in Professional make-up and advanced treatments for skin care, a HR Personnel Administration.

Missions:

- The candidate will have to ensure proper fulfillment of administrative requirements relative to personnel in compliance with laws and regulations of the country.

- In addition He/She will ensure that all personnel-related contractual and disciplinary aspects are properly
managed.

Main Responsibilities:

- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring compliance with deadlines related to payroll, tax, social-security and administration. He/She will be responsible for monitoring compliance with personnel-related laws and regulations of the country and He/She will be responsible for preparing, signing and forwarding the contracts.

- In addition, the candidate will also manage disciplinary disputes and the mandatory employee medical check-ups.

- The candidate will provide requested data and any reporting to the central office of the parent company (HR Headquarters in Italy).

- He/She will manage and verify compliance with the regulations on the handicapped, equal opportunity, and medical checkups of individual company employees.

- He/She will manage the company vehicle fleet, prepare letters assigning company cars with regard to company litigation, assemble the information and documents and manage relations with the outside legal counsel.

A very good level in English is required.

The position reports hierarchically to the Head of Administration, Finance and Control and will interface with the Head of Personnel Administration at Headquarters in Italy.

Location: PARIS 8.
