Genesis BBQ USA is looking for an individual who will serve as a representative of BBQ Chicken USA with strong communication and leadership skills; a proven ability to set goals and inspire store level teams and franchisees for personal improvement and operational development. The individual selected will have a passion for restaurant operations and conduct him/herself with integrity and professionalism.

 

Requirements Responsibilities:

- Overall management of Genesis BBQ USA office (hiring,training, setting the company policies, company funds, sales, and overseeing the entire BBQ US operations)

- Provide leadership and direction to franchise owners ensuring that goals and targets are met.

- Functions as the first-line support for the franchisees and provides direction.

- Participate in strategic planning along with other field leaders to ensure that the direction of the business is appropriate and positioned to achieve its goals and objectives.

-Ensures issues pertaining to franchisees are managed and resolved without escalation to higher-level  management.

-Serves as the first-line of contact for potential franchisees in the process of recruiting, screening, and selecting  new franchisees properties.

-Meet with candidate and reviews business plan, location choice, and other related items. Provides recommendation  or denial of candidates' plan for owning/operating a franchise office.

- Conduct annual operating plans.

- Conduct regional business seminar.

- Hands-on hiring, training, and developing management.

- Ability to build sales and rapport in the US markte.

- Role will be in charge of/or assist Franchisees in building, sustaining and operating a profitable business.

- Experience with new store opening from contract signing, build out of the store.

- Ability to travel.

- Ability to work a full-time, multi-fuction under tight busy schedule.

 

Qualifications:

- 4 year college degree or hire required.

10+ years in Restaurant Franchise Business.

- A stable work history, no more than two jobs in the previous five years.

- Effective verbal and written communications skills, public relations skills, detail-orientated, math and analytical skills.

- Ability to make independent decisions; assume complete responsibility for his/her work and decisions.

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Must be willing to work flexible hours.

Compensation:

Salary: $100,000 per year
