RESTAURANT FUNCTION MANAGER An excellent career opportunity exists for a reliable hands-on person to manage the Restaurant at the newly renovated Torrens Arms Hotel, part of the Hurley Hotel Group. To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills attributes: Previous experience at a supervisory level or higher in a full table service a la carte restaurant environment The ability to lead and train on the job The ability to implement service standards and monitor to ensure delivery Excellent presentation and communication skills The highest level of attention to detail Motivation training of staff Function experience and co- ordination of group bookings advantageous This is a full time, salaried position.
