RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER Seattle, WA
A globally renowned hospitality leader is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to assume responsibility for store opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, training, maintaining safety and product standards, providing quality service to customers and providing direction and leadership in unit operations. Our Restaurant General Managers are a working member of the store team, responsible for achieving team performance and improvements in customer and associate satisfaction and contributing to increased sales/revenues.
Candidates should possess a minimum of ten years management and food preparation/culinary experience in a high-volume casual dining restaurant establishment and/or relevant educational experience. The ideal candidate for this position will possess exemplary leadership skills, a very strong commitment to customer service, strong financial acumen, outstanding interpersonal skills, and several years of food and beverage experience. Knowledge of fine dining is preferred with a culinary background.
