Restaurant Manager- fine dining- high volume- full service
If you are a Restaurant Manager with fine dining and high volume experience, please read on!
What you need for this position:
- 3 + years' professional experience in full-service restaurant management.
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures as well as computer operations.
- Strong people management skills, communication and listening skills.
- Must be flexible and adapt to change.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Must be motivated, detail orientated and have a passion for the restaurant business.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Possible split shifts.
- Bi-lingual Spanish speaking a plus!
What you'll be doing:
- Ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively within the company's fiscal and operational guidelines.
- Ensure that all menu items are made according to recipe and presented in the company's manner.
- Utilize food production and inventory tools available to support this responsibility.
- Staff restaurant with quality employees who value guest service and are committed to high standards.
- Responsible for forecasting and generating restaurant annual budget. Maximize profit opportunities by developing realistic budgets.
- Manage operational expenses to maximize profit potential.
