We are working in partnership with our client to identify and select a Restaurant Manager who has a strong background in a similar position and is proficient in English and Italian languages.
Under the direction of the Assistant Food Beverage Manager, The Restaurant Manager is concerned with the overall organization of their respective outlet and the attached bar to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. This includes the supervision and training of employees, manpower utilization, budget preparation, planning and implementation of promotional activities.
