OUR MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Flying Star Managers are hands-on, out on the floor, in the thick of it! You must be able to think on your feet, lead people, and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Our service is fast casual, our food is unique, and our reputation is built on the exceptional experience we give to each customer. We’re looking for folks who have a passion for the restaurant business. This isn’t what you ended up doing—this is what you love to do! 

REQUIREMENTS
~For GM: 5+ years GM experience in a full service or fast casual unit with $3M annual sales
~For KM and Assistant: 2+ years salaried restaurant management experience
~HRTM or Culinary degree can sub for management experience
~Proven ability to manage food quality and control expenses
~Ability to train, coach, develop, and retain staff at every level
~Flexibility to adapt to change as well as the skills to manage it
~Excellent work history and references: a background check is required
