Restaurant Manager for Growing Fast Casual Chain
The secret is out! What started as a cult favorite on the East Coast has now spread across the country. This year alone, we are on pace to open a couple hundred new locations, but we're not stopping there as we have plans for further expansion throughout the country. The key to our success is sticking to the basics; we know what our customers want and strive to provide them with a great meal, made fresh in front of their eyes.
We have started growing throughout Massachusetts and are looking for Managers in the greater Boston area where we plan to build 5 new locations by September of 2012. As a restaurant manager for us, you will be hands-on and actively involved with the daily operations of the restaurant. In addition you must be customer service oriented as you will have a chance to interact with every guest every day.
We're looking for Managers with at least 2 years of restaurant management experience in Casual Dining, Fast Casual or Fast food.
