Requirements
- 2-3 years of fine dining or polished dining management experience
- Skilled at cultivating and maintaining guest relations
- Experience with a strong guest-focused approach to floor management
- Ability to lead or work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive wine knowledge
- Experience in an upscale or fine dining steakhouse
