Requirements
- 2-5 years of management experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in working with and leading a large team with upbeat energy
- Experience cultivating guest rapport through a dynamic floor presence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing late night, upscale bar
- Strong knowledge of wine and liquor
