GENERAL MANAGERS
IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE

- Must have previous General Management experience with similar sales volume.
- Solid references verifying successful management progression.
- Proven Profit Loss knowledge and accountability.
- Ability to motivate and develop unit managers and staff resulting in improved operations,sales and net profits.
- Leadership and skill ability in additional areas of restaurant management: equipment operations, cash controls, human resource requirements, local store marketing and approved community relations programs.
- High School Diploma (college a plus)
ASSISTANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
- The ability to assist management in motivating and developing all staff members.
- Support management team in controlling objectives concerning inventory, cash controls, equipment cleanliness and building maintenance.
- Adhere to company standards, policies and procedures.
- Previous restaurant experience with additional responsibilities preferred.
HOSPITALITY/FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER
- Creating a friendly and positive work environment
- Creating a team-like atmosphere
- Scheduling, motivating and training of all front of the house and service staff
- Ability to lead by example
- Ability to assist in restaurant's overall operations, including food quality, production, and labor.
