Don’t watch us grow….Be a part of it. Okoboji Grill is looking for talented leaders to join our team. We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic and highly driven managers that have passion for food. Our restaurant is challenging and very hands on. The fast-paced culture remains fun and energetic.
As an Okoboji Manager, you will manage both the front and back of house operations. You will build on your skills plus learn new ones. You will work with budgets, inventory, labor and local store marketing. You will use the tools provided by Okoboji to grow sales and increase profits while you grow and develop both personally and professionally.
Qualified candidates will have some restaurant or retail management experience.
