Salary: £30K plus up to 20% commission
Location: East Sussex
My client owns a Beautiful Boutique Hotel in East Sussex and is currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to run their Bistro. The Bistro is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and sources their ingredients from local suppliers.
The Ideal Restaurant Manager must...
- Have the experience of running a small bistro with 5-10 rooms
- Must have a friendly, professional and polite approach with regards to customer service
- Must be creative in terms of promoting the business moving forward
- Must be ambitious and have a hands on approach with regards to moving the business forward
- Basic knowledge with financials is essential
- Have experience with regards to managing staff, training, development and rotas
