* This is a start-up, the ideal candidate will be involved in setting up the restaurant and other pre-opening tasks. We are working on the build out and we are looking for somebody willing to treat this start-up as their own.
* We are looking to hire a talented General Manager who is results driven, displays mature leadership skills and has experience in managing and operating a casual, fast-service restaurant. The perfect candidate has had a strong background in both FOH and BOH !
* Must have a significant amount of training and experience in various areas such as: food preparation, sanitation, menu planning and development, food and labor cost controls, superb customer service all while keeping staff motivated.
