PRONTO CUCININO is seeking experienced RESTAURANT MANAGERS with KITCHEN EXPERIENCE for an excellent career opportunity. We currently have 3 Pronto locations in the Houston area. We offer dine-in, take out and curbside service that conveniently brings your food right out to your car. Each dish is cooked to order using only the freshesh ingredients. We welcome you to our eatery that caters to today's "on the go lifestyle." Our managers must have experience in both front and back of house.

Wood Fired Lemon Garlic Rotisserie Chicken “Pollo Arrosto”, Chicken Vincent, Chicken Parmigiano, Chicken Marsala, Homemade Pasta Dishes (Ravioli, Cannelloni, Lasagna), Eggplant Parmigiano, Fresh Chopped Salads, Panini's, Pizza Squares, Gelato Fresh Homemade Desserts
Qualifications
- writing schedules according to labor goals
- must be able to exceed budgeted labor and food cost
- must be a strong leader which can train, teach, guide and develop the staff in all areas
- must be self confident and have a hands-on approach
- must have previous hands-on experience with food preparation
- conducts weekly inventory and inputs inventory
- has to walk, stand, lift and bends throughout shift to perform job functions
- must maintain restaurant cleanliness in accordance to company standards
- orders food products and enters invoices
- keeps prep list and par levels updated weekly
- enforces cleaning checklist and organization or all areas
- must conduct line checks
- will be responsible to work both the front and back of house
- must have strong administrative and financial skills
- great at Multi-Tasking
