Position Summary: The Operations Support Specialist administratively supports the Restaurateur program by accurately processing and tracking all People Development Bonus requests and preparing information for Restaurateur visits. Duties also include support of the Training and Development department, as outlined below. In addition to following Chipotle policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: - Analyzing and processing requests for People Development Bonuses (PDBs) - Tracking and reporting of all PDB payouts - Answering questions from the field regarding PDBs and the Restaurateur program - Preparing packets for Restaurateur visits - Updating information on the Restaurateur website - Assisting with the administration of the company-wide employee survey - Reviewing/maintaining inventory levels of print materials - Ordering materials for new restaurant openings - Posting communications sent to the field on internal website - Supporting the Training Development team on other tasks and projects, as they arise. Qualifications: Education/Training - High School diploma required - A.A. in related field or equivalent in education and experience Knowledge/Skills - Knowledge of and the ability to use a PC as well as MS Office Suite, particularly Excel - Ability to enter and analyze data accurately and efficiently - Excellent attention to detail - Strong organizational skills - Ability to work quickly yet thoroughly - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent customer service skills - Knowledge of Sharepoint helpful, but not required Work Experience - At least two (2) to four (4) years general office experience in a fast-paced work environment - Restaurant industry experience preferred Travel - Minimal
