Restoration First Responder

This position requires an aggressive and self-motivated individual that can effectively pursue emergency leads and chase emergency residential fires to sell our company’s restoration services. The HIGH revenue potential for this commission based job is ideal for a candidate that is energetic, responsible, reliable and available on a 24/7 basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

 

Respond to emergency calls on a 24/7 basis.

 

Sell Board Up and Tarp Over Service to homeowner to immediately remediate the damage caused by the emergency.

 

Sell Fire Water Restoration services to the homeowner.  

Must be able to sell and close contracts.

 

Develop and maintain a working knowledge of core services and procedures.

 

Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

 

Be honest and reliable.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS


Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts and prewritten forms.  Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization.

 

REASONING ABILITY


Ability to apply common sense and carry out instructions furnished in  written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

 

 

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS


1.  Must be able to communicate effectively with employees, customers, potential

     customers and government officials.

 

2. Keep open lines of communication with office and all other parties involved.
