Restructuring Manager / associate director in big 4 Hong Kong recruitment
My client, one of the big 4 accounting firms in Hong Kong, is looking for restructuring manager / associate director, candidates must be fluent in either Mandarin or Cantonese (both spoken and written)
Job scope:
- Deliver in a lead role advisory services to clients on corporate recovery, restructuring, exit strategies, non performing investments and matters relating to distressed investments and insolvency,
- Perform financial reviews and provide implementation services for liquidations, bankruptcy and receiverships.
- Plan scope of work, monitor, supervise and review work of staff on Restructuring Services engagements
- Draft reports for partner review and report findings to clients in a timely manner
- Ensure team compliance with Deloitte policies and quality/performance standards
- Participate in major client pursuits including proposal preparation and client presentations
- Manage and supervise senior and junior staff
- Counsel subordinates and review and evaluate their performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related disciplines
- For Manager at least 5 years' (Associate Director over 8 years') relevant experience in a reputable firm
- In-depth understanding of financial reviews, corporate recovery, restructuring, insolvency, exit strategy, liquidation, receivership and bankruptcy services
- Strong analytical skills
