About you:
If you love the boardriding lifestyle and are into fashion, have an outgoing personality and experience at a 2IC or senior sales assistant level then you are the person we are looking for – someone who loves to talk to people, is sales and results focused and has what it takes to lead a team of dynamic and passionate people.
About this role:
As a 2IC you will be part of the store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager and step up when the Manager is absent. You will be involved in all aspects of running a busy retail store, from rostering and training of staff, setting and monitoring sales targets, opening and closing the store, not to mention, awakening the spirit of suring in our customers!
