Reporting to the store manager, your resposibilities will consist of;
- Driving the retail business, sales and profit margins, contributing to the overall running and success of the business
- Building new and existing realtionships with both business/trade and retail customers, providing up to date and expert information on products and services
- Meeting and exceeding all sales targets and KPI's of the business
- Oversee the complete operations of inventory management, stock placement, merchandising, plan-o-grams, catologue coordination, stock ordering, and store presentation.
- Ensure all deadlines are met in a timely fashion in congunction with the store manager, striving to exceed expectations of management and company objectives.
Desireable traits and skills;
- Ideally you will posess a passion for the automotive industry and the ability to interpret automotive parts
- Prior experience in automotvie retail will be looked upon favourably
- Ability to work a rotating 7 day roster is non negotiable
- Hold an open MANUAL drivers license
- 2 years prior retail experience in store/assistant store or department management
