Position Summary
Manage strategy and implementation for retail product management, encompassing all consumer and small business deposit products plus small business lending products. Drive growth and profitability for all product portfolios.

Position Accountabilities

* Manage budgets, set goals and drive growth in fee and interest income

* Using a range of analytical techniques including customer data-mining, customer and non-customer research, and competitive intelligence, define and deploy product, pricing and positioning strategies designed to serve customers, increase revenues and drive profitability

* Manage complex projects, drawing upon a wide-ranging matrix of resources and impacting a broad constituency of employee and customer stakeholders

* Manage the product aspects of all consumer and small business campaign efforts

* Vendor selection, management and contract negotiation

* Responsible for ensuring all products and programs achieve and maintain compliance with all Bank and regulatory requirements.

* Develop annual operating and capital budget for department. Manage resources within the approved budget and reports on variances.

* Work across the division and the enterprise to identify and involve all key stakeholders in the timely, efficient and successful delivery of all product initiatives

* Design, create and maintain appropriate reporting to evaluate the impact of all projects and initiatives and ensure financial targets are achieved.

* Coach and develop a team of product managers in the areas of customer and competitor analysis, solution design, market research, business analysis, product delivery, etc.

* Maintain broad and up-to-date industry knowledge and consistently search for leading edge products and services designed to enhance shareholder value and increase customer satisfaction.

* Manage employees directly and through subordinate managers, including selection, performance management, and resource allocation

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

Req Education or Equivalent Experience
• Bachelors degree; Masters preferred

Required Experience
• 20+ years of product management and/or marketing and/or strategic-analytical experience
• Strong quantitative reasoning skills
• Customer-orientation
• Senior management experience required
