They require an experienced individual to lead their Banking division to play a critical role in driving the company forward and achieving excellent performance results. You will play a critical role in helping clients achieve a competitive advantage. Working along side C-Level clients you will enable them to improve their business performance by analysing and implementing new risk operations. They are looking for a candidate with strong Retail and/or Corporate Banking experience to lead the team and continue to grow in the sector.
• You should have experience of leading a consulting practice and have strong business development skills and contacts.
• Individuals should have experience of the Banking industry with strong knowledge of the Retail and Corporate Banking sector.
• Also the ability to deliver comprehensive roadmaps, business benefit cases, process change system selection and business implementation plans.
• Ideally you will be a Senior Manager level consultant or equivalent with a Banking Sector focus, or currently within an a large Financial Institution (with previous senior level consulting experience).
