Your success in this role will be due to your business acumen and leadership skills to ensure the existing profitability is maintained and developed along with effective service delivery.
Key elements of the position:
- Driving the business performance of the service centre
- Customers service - quoting work, securing business and ensuring repeat business
- Ensure the efficient operation of the of the workshop-including reordering and maintain stock levels
- Lead and delegate to a team of technicians and monitor productivity
- Maintain a safe work space
What you will need to win this opportunity:
- Ability to engage RETAIL customers and to secure business
- EXPERIENCED in team supervision and motivation
- A keen interest in the motor vehicle service industry
- Background in trades or motor related industries preferred
- A history of successful employment
