Job Description:
Our client ROTHMANS BENSON HEDGES INC. (tobacco industry) is looking for a Business Developer / Sales Rep who will be responsible for a large range of clients in the KITCHENER / WATERLOO territory, managing existing accounts as well as increasing business throught new points of sales and up selling. Responsibilities include creating rapport with customers, building relationships, checking correct inventory at the retail points of sales, assuring correct pricing strategy and freshness of products, benchmarking and analyzing the market in order to create competitive advantage through innovative ideas. The ideal candidate has a university degree or college diploma with 2 to 3 years of sales experiences, has great communication skills, time management skills and organizational skills. He/She is very career oriented and looking to persue a long-term successfull path in a reputable worldwide company. The candidate MUST work well independently as well as part of a team, be flexible to work extra hours or overnight, have ability to make decisions on its own and work with limited supervision, and must be willing to work above and beyond to achieve targets, be self driven and eager to learn. This job has some physical work demands as it involves handling inventory.
