In Florida BLUE Retail Center environment, we are looking for a Patient, inspiringand “Passionate about the customer”Service Advocatewho will...
o Embrace customer service by communicating effectively with customers to ease the anxiety of understanding products, benefits, tools and how to use them.
o Build relationships with our customers by creating a comfortable and confidential environment that says, “I Care”.
o Support the customer’s experience by assessing their needs and add positive solutions to their needs.
o Schedule and lead group and individual information sessions.
o Set appropriate expectations when explaining processes and procedures for claims and billing.
o Other misc. responsibilities may be assigned by Retail Center Director.
Job Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of face to face consultative experience.
• State of Florida 2-15 health, life and annunities license (Or obtain within 90 days of employment)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and web-based tools
• Work flexible hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays
. Moderate to heavy keying required
Business Specific Criteria (preferred skills):
• Experience in insurance industry, physician's office, hospital or other position in health care industry
• Experience in store/retail management
• A.A. degree or 2 years of college
• Experience with financial products or services
• Bilingual English/Spanish
