In Florida BLUE Retail Center environment, we are looking for an energetic, Sales-driven and “Passionate about the customer” Sales Representativewho will...
o Build relationships with our customers by creating a comfortable and confidential environment that says, “I Care”.
o Embrace world class customer service by communicating effectively with customers and set appropriate expectations.
o Drive results by proactively engaging customers and generating leads for new sales and sales of replacements and add-ons.
o Present and explain recommended products, benefits, features and alternatives by demonstrating fluency in trends and industry.
o Schedule and lead group and individual information sessions.
o Provide support for special events and projects for the general public in the retail center and occasionally off-site.
o Other misc. responsibilities may be assigned by Retail Center Director.
Job Requirements:
o High School diploma or equivalent
o 2 or more years of experience in a retail sales environment
o State of Florida 2-15 Health, Life and Annuities License
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and web-based tools
o Work flexible hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays
Business Specific Criteria (preferred skills):
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
o Experience with health insurance products to include individual and group plans
o Bilingual preferred
