Job Purpose Retail Client Services Manager will work to maintain/improve client specific retail conditions and be a key point of communication between the retail team/conditions and the Headquarter team and client team. They will be an aid to the retail organization in regard to training to accomplish the client's objectives. Job Responsibilities Execution: Ensure compliance in regard to distribution, new item speed to shelf, pricing objectives, planogram conditions, display performance against features and promotional activity and POS distribution. Work to resolve any noncompliance issues at retail where possible and communicate properly the unsolvable issues. Perform ridewiths at all levels of the retail organization. Tracking: Audit stores within the geography are assigned according to the executables listed. Track and score retail audits, track all shipment opportunities, track and report all competitive activity. Training: Attend retail meetings to communicate client objectives, general retail trainings, market condition observations and assist in sales training. Communication: Communicate the progress on the executables and tracking results listed and communicate all opportunities to the headquarter team/client. Work with the BDM team to make certain that all promotional activity is communicated to the retail team according to the standards of the retail team and through the preferred retail team method. Relate back to the headquarter team and client the findings of the retail organization as deduced from ridewiths and retail meeting feedback. Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent AA Degree or equivalent work experience preferred 4 years applicable work experience 2 years supervisory experience Other Requirements Must perform the job safely and utilize proper safety techniques and use of equipment when appropriate.
