Retail Client Services recruitment
Handle telephone and e-mail enquiries from clients and transfer agents with the highest standard of care and attention across a variety of the businesses' Retail products including Onshore and Offshore fund ranges. Match appropriate fund or account documentation to client request. Respond to queries in a professional and timely manner within agreed deadlines.
Client account opening and maintenance - Liaise with clients and compliance to ensure KYC documents are requested and received in accordance with the businesses' AML requirements. Ensure maintenance documents such as authorised signatory lists, address details and bank mandates are received in good order and scanned into the relevant client document storage facility.
Management Information Statistics - Collate and produce accurate MIS providing the team leader with daily and weekly progress reports.
Experience skills:
Retail Product Experience is vital.
FAST/AWD ESSENTIAL and/or Workdesk/Multi-currency experience would be ideal but the candidate must demonstrate the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
Some knowledge of KYC and the 3rd Money Laundering Directive would be an advantage, but is not essential
The team acts as a central contact point for all client contact issues, therefore great opportunities exist to interact with for other departments such as Product, Legal Compliance, Sales, Marketing and Operations amongst others.
