RETAIL DIRECT SALES MANAGER recruitment

Our client is a major global financial services provider engaged in investment banking, private banking and investment management services with an extensive international presence. To cope with their business expansion, they are seeking a professional to join them.

As part of the team responsible for building the net assets working with an assigned client base and new prospects pool. To provide suitable, objective investment guidance to clients. To implement marketing and sales programs to acquire new accounts, achieve sales targets and service clients in order to increase the market share. To make follow up sales calls to clients. To make regular outbound relationship calls to pension roll-over prospects for portfolio review and sales opportunity exploration. To solicit workplace marketing opportunities with relevant associations, organisations, from referrals or new sources. To take inbound telephone enquiries from clients or prospects on product and sales related queries. To meet with clients face to face for sales and retirement service related issues. To speak at workplace seminars or briefing sessions.

To qualify for the position, you should be a university graduate in business, finance or economics or SFC registered. With 5 – 7 years relevant experience. Good knowledge of investment products. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be a plus. Strong interpersonal and customer servicing skills. Excellent problem solving skills in handling customer enquiries. Able to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
