Sodexo is seeking an experienced, innovative Food Retail Operations Manager for the University of Hawaii Manoa Campus - the largest campus in the U of H system with a retail managed volume of $9 Million. This Retail Operations Manager will supervise managers, supervisors and up to 80 employees in campus retail locations such as Jamba Juice, licensed Starbucks store, Food Court, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and a Convenience Store. Focus will be on implementing the client's vision for a Fresh look and growth while providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have the following: Chain Restaurant retail or College/University retail management experience; experience training and leading a retail food staff; POS knowledge and prior cash handling experience; experience with client interaction ability to multi-task, delegate and oversee work in multiple retail venues. Hawaii residents / candidates preferred as there is NO relocation for this position. Plays a key role in the implementation and evaluation of product/service offerings, brands and/or in-house signature and national brands Maintains cash control and payroll records. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to client account reporting to DM or RDM. Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of experience in retail operations Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
