Retail Innovations Planning Manager
The Branch Innovation Planning Manager is responsible for planning and project management related to technology, branch format, and customer experience pilots in branches. This manager plans new test initiatives from a real estate, technology, employee and customer experience perspective by partnering with other line of business groups. Specific responsibilities include:
- Manage design attributes and floorplan process
- Liason with line of business partners such as IT, Architectural Design Engineering, GTI, Marketing, Branch Admin
- Develop a plan of execution for varying types of test initiatives
- Write and present business cases
- Manage to milestones and timeline
- Communicate schedules to branches and coordinate training
- Monitor test progress, establish and evaluate success measures
- Coordinate on development of roll-out plans
The Branch Innovation Planning Manager should exhibit:
- Deep understanding of Retail branch customer experience and operations
- Ability to navigate complex and diverse organization
- Creative, solutions-oriented approach to solving business-driven needs
- Highly skilled in setting and executing against timelines, and working in a test and learn environment
- Ability to organize information and create written materials for varied communications documents, from executive updates to branch training handouts
- Ability to coordinate key stakeholders to conduct pilots and identify cross-impacts to other Retail line of business groups
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and/or other design programs for creating presentation materials
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interface across Lines of Business and work effectively with other departments
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Preference for incumbent to be geographically located in Columbus or Chicago
